A cafe-owner who admitted selling heroin under the counter has been jailed for five years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court

A cafe-owner who admitted selling heroin under the counter has been jailed for five years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Laurence Cummins, who has 65 previous convictions, was caught selling £500 worth of heroin from Nina's Cafe on Parnell Street, Dublin, two months after gardai found £400 worth of the drug on the premises.

Cummins (49), of Summer hill Parade, Dublin, pleaded guilty to having heroin for supply on two dates in 1996.
