Five people have been taken to hospital following a three-car collision on the M1 in north Dublin.
The accident happened on a stretch of road between the Donabate Flyover and the Airport roundabout at around 10:15 p.m. this morning.
Gardaí have arrested a man and are questioning him at Santry Garda Stationin relation to the collision.
Gardai are advising motorists to stay away from the M1 as they attempt to clear the debris from the road. It is not expected to be reopened until after 5 p.m.
