Five men are due in Omagh Magistrates court today in relation to the killing of Jason McGovern in Tyrone.
Mr McGovern (19), Tydavnet, Co Monaghan, went to Omagh last Sunday for a night out with friends. He was punched outside a pub on John Street and assaulted again at a car park on Kevlin Road.
Later, he took a taxi to a friend's house in Mullan, near Emyvale, Co Monaghan, where he was found dead on Monday. A postmortem revealed he had died from a head injury.
Police arrested a fifth man in connection with their investigation yesterday.
