London - Two fishermen missing in freezing conditions off the west coast of Scotland have been found alive, coastguards said yesterday. One man was found by a mountain rescue team. He had apparently abandoned his boat and tried to walk home through a heavy snowstorm in difficult terrain.
The second man was found clinging to his upturned boat near the Isle of Rhum by a fishing vessel taking part in the search.
