Gaps in child care services will continue to allow disturbed men like Brendan O'Donnell to fall through the net unless urgent changes are made, the Fianna Fail spokesman on law reform, Mr Willie O'Dea, said at the weekend. He called for changes in the law to allow health boards to take children into care to prevent them getting into trouble.
