Fianna Fail's policy for a Dublin Port access route should be published immediately, the Combined Residents' Associations have said following a Dail reference by the Fianna Fail leader, Mr Bertie Ahern, to two separate tunnels.
"We fail to understand the need to build an unnecessary second tunnel," said CRA spokesman Mr Fintan Cassidy.
On April 30th, Mr Ahern said an agreed route for the port tunnel was needed. "We will also put on the table plans for a port access tunnel from Heuston Station to be funded by private sector funds."
