Fianna Fail has criticised Fine Gael for claiming in an election advertisement that the Government parties had created 800 more prison spaces and reduced waiting time for court cases to three months.

Fianna Fail said only 135 spaces have been added to the prison system and that last week in the courts a large number of cases were fixed for November and December, indicating a seven or eight month delay.
