MWANZA, Tanzania - Entombed alive for two days in the sunken Lake Victoria ferry, an African businessman wrote a despairing last note. "We have sealed the door with bedsheets and the only thing we need is oxygen. We lived until the 23rd but now we are finished," a note from M.V.Bukoba said. The vessel sank on May 21st with more than 1,000 people on board. Only 114 people survived. Efforts to recover any more bodies have been abandoned.
