The Labour Court has called on the state training agency, FAS, and SIPTU to reopen negotiations on a restructuring deal for the agency's 2,000 employees. In a recommendation issued yesterday, the court proposed that FAS should be allowed recruit 15 temporary instructors and that it should conclude an agreement with the union within three months.
