Madrid - A neo-Nazi British group is setting up a new base in an abandoned Spanish village, the Madrid daily El Pais reported yesterday. The group, International Third Position, bought the village in eastern Valencia two years ago.

The group was set up at the end of the 1980s and is well-known for its hostility to ethnic minorities, Jews, divorce, democracy and homosexuals, according to the paper.
