Racing:The Easter Festival at Fairyhouse got the go ahead this afternoon following an inspection of the course.
The four-day meeting was placed in doubt after the course became waterlogged earlier this week but is now raceable.
However with further adverse weather forecast over the coming days the situation will continue to be monitored.
The current going is described as heavy.
The highlight of the four days is Monday's Powers Whiskey Irish Grand National.
