The Ulster Unionist deputy leader, Mr John Taylor, has predicted that the North's power-sharing Executive is heading for another suspension in the new year, likely to last for several months.Speaking on the BBC's Inside Politics programme, Mr Taylor said he did not believe the IRA would make any moves on decommissioning before the next Ulster Unionist Council meeting, scheduled to take place in January.
