Los Angeles - A federal bankruptcy judge has awarded former Playboy Playmate of the year Ms Anna Nicole Smith $449.7 million dollars (about £310 million) in her claim to the estate of her late billionaire husband Texas oilman J. Howard Marshall.
A judge ruled that Mr Marshall's youngest son, Mr E. Pierce Marshall, had deprived Ms Smith "of her expectancy to an inheritance".
Ms Smith was working as a stripper at a topless bar in Houston when she met Mr Marshall. She was 26 and he was 890 when they were married in l994.
