The Hague - Vukovar's former Serb mayor, Mr Slavko Dokmanovic, went before the UN war crimes tribunal yesterday, accused of complicity in a massacre. The prosecutor, Mr Grant Niemann, accused Mr Dokmanovic (48) of participating in events leading up to the deaths of 198 men and two women, mostly Croats. Mr Dokmanovic has pleaded not guilty to charges including war crimes and crimes against humanity.
