The vast majority of transport services will resume as normal today but commuters are advised to expected delays on many routes. Dozens of roads remain blocked while local councils clear debris.
Luas
Both Luas lines will remain out of service until 5.30am on Wednesday due to damage to a control room yesterday. Dublin Bus is accepting valid Luas tickets.
Roads
Many roads remain blocked this morning, mostly due to fallen trees. Councils have been clearing roads overnight and will continue to do so today.

Bus
Bus Éireann services which were cancelled yesterday have resumed across the country except for school bus services. All Dublin Bus services have also resumed.
Train
Most Iarnród Éireann train services including Dart, Commuter and Intercity services resumed this morning but with some delays and exceptions.
The Limerick to Balybrophy via Nenagh service has been cancelled for the day.
The 9.45am Westport to Dublin Heuston service only operated between Athlone and Dublin.
Customers with tickets for Monday who decided not to travel as a result of the storm may claim a full refund or can travel today at no extra charge.
Airports
A small number of flights out of Dublin Airport have been cancelled so far today. Passengers are advised to check their flight status before going to the airport. All flights into Dublin are scheduled to arrive as normal.
All flights in and out of Cork Airport are on schedule with the exception of the 10.50am Aer Lingus flight from London Heathrow which was cancelled.
Knock, Kerry and Shannon Airports are operating as normal today with no cancellations.
Ferries
Some Irish Ferry crossings between Dublin and Holyhead were cancelled this morning but services are expected to operate as normal from lunchtime on.
The Stena Line 8.55am sailing from Holyhead to Dublin was delayed.
Remaining services are on schedule.
