The case of a Clare man (19) charged with the murder of his sister has been adjourned until July by the Central Criminal Court in Ennis.

Mr Patrick O’Dwyer, of Shrohill, Ennistymon, is charged with the murder of his 17-year-old sister in November last year.

Due to complications outlined in court today by Mr O’Dwyer’s counsel, Mr Justice Paul Carney adjourned the case for mention to the Dublin Central Criminal court on the July 25th.

Mr O'Dwyer is not obliged to attend the court on that date.
