Kuwait - The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah, has embraced the Palestinian President, Mr Yasser Arafat, revealing a major shift in Kuwaiti-Palestinian relations after a 10-year cool spell, according to Kuwaiti newspapers. Al-Rai al-Aam and Al- Seyassah dailies said in reports from Sanaa that the diplomatic embrace took place during Yemeni celebrations to mark unification between the former south and north Yemen in 1990.
