Jakarta - The Indonesian military has arrested eight alleged rebels in the disputed territory of East Timor, a report said here yesterday.
The eight were arrested during a raid on a house as they held a meeting in the territory's capital, Dili, early on Thursday, the East Timor military chief, Col Slamat Sidabutar, was quoted as saying.
