A DIT report on local authority playground policy and practice will be presented to Liz McManus, the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, at an international conference this Friday. A general audience of community groups, including educationalists, is expected to attend the day-long event, which has been organised by the school of social sciences at the DIT.
