Grow is the largest self-help organisation in the field of mental health. The organisation has a network of 100 groups all over Ireland and while its principal objective is to help people recover from, and prevent, all forms of mental breakdown there are GROW programmes to educate groups such as second-level students and trainee GPs about mental health.
