IPPA, the Early Childhood Organisation, will hold its AGM and conference on Friday and Saturday, November 3rd and 4th, in the Ardboyne Hotel, Co Meath. The keynote address will be given by Margaret Whalley, a teacher and community social worker who has worked in Britain, Papua New Guinea and Brazil.
