Find the Balance: Dare to Dreamis aimed at senior secondary-school pupils and has been sent to schools throughout Ireland.
The DVD, and accompanying notes for teachers, examine the notions of balance and moderation, with specific reference to alcohol consumption.
It features five true-life stories alongside commentary from young people to encourage debate and help foster a culture of moderation.
