AMSTERDAM - Dutch lovers aiming for that extra romantic touch on February 14th will be able to say it with the stamp they stick on their Valentine cards.
The Dutch post office said yesterday it was launching stamps with special heart-shaped "scratch" panels which, when rubbed away, reveal slogans declaring love, longing or just a row of kisses.
