Around 350 delegates are expected to attend the conference, which will also double as a celebration of the DUP’s 30th anniversary. The keynote address will be given by the Rev Ian Paisley.
Motions to be debated include the statement that the party is "unalterably opposed to the representatives of armed and unrepentant terrorism being placed in government" and "refuses to countenance the Belfast Agreement as the blueprint for Northern Ireland's future".
The motion also claims the party is "only practical and feasible vehicle to deliver unionism from the trap in which Mr Trimble has it ensnared", including concessions "to the IRA".
The conference will also debate social issues such as health, education, trade, agriculture, and the environment. They will call for the sacking of "Sinn Féin/IRA Minister Barbara Brown" for the "chronic rundown" of the North's health service and the "waste of scarce resources".
Speakers are also expected to demand the expulsion of Sinn Féin ministers from the Executive and condemn demilitarisation moves by the British army.
