A 40-year-old Dublin man who raped his daughter in the city and in Co Kerry has been remanded in custody for sentencing on January 12th by Mr Justice Smith at the Central Criminal Court.
Ms Orla Crowe, prosecuting, said the man first raped his daughter when she was about four. He pleaded guilty to three counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault between 1992 and 1997.
