A female pedestrian who was killed on Monday when struck by a car in Dublin was named yesterday as Ms Iris Costello (74), of Hazelbrook, Terenure Road West. The accident happened near the KCR junction on Terenure Road West at 6.30 p.m. on Monday. Witnesses are asked to contact Terenure gardai at (01) 6666400 or any Garda station.
