Galway-based footware company Dubarry announced today it has put its staff on a three-day week.

Galway-based footware company Dubarry announced today it has put its staff on a three-day week.

The company, which employs 100 staff at its plant in Ballinasloe, blamed the downturn in overseas markets and rising domestic costs for the decision.

Dubarry is best known for its performance footwear for yachting and outdoor/country pursuits.
