STOCKHOLM - A drunken Swede who commandeered a shopping trolley and collided head on with a car is to be charged with careless driving, police said yesterday. The 20 year old man was travelling downhill in the southern Swedish town of Mottala when his impromptu chariot hit the car at an estimated speed of 50 kmh.
