Two men were being questioned by gardai in Cork last night under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act, following the seizure earlier in the day of cannabis resin with a street value of £70,000. The drugs were seized in two separate raids in the Mayfield area of Cork.
Meanwhile, gardai in Dublin seized heroin, cannabis and cash during a raid on a premises in Dolphin's Barn yesterday. Four men were arrested.
