A Co Tyrone lorry-driver is to stand trial on a charge of possessing 52 rounds of 9mm ammunition without a firearm certificate. Mr Aaron Ferguson (37), of Hanover Terrace, Coagh, was released on bail until his trial at Omagh Crown Court on a date to be fixed when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' court yesterday.
