Draskovic rejects EU talks

Belgrade - The opposition Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) headed by Mr Vuk Draskovic will not attend a meeting with the European Union in Luxembourg today. Mr Draskovic, decided not to attend the meeting because of a proposed declaration in which his party would handover indicted war criminals to the U.N. war crimes court if they came to power.
