London - The troubled Millennium Dome got another £47 million cash boost last night and a new troubleshooting chairman to sort out its financial difficulties.

Part of the National Lottery cash deal means businessman Mr David James (62), who first alerted authorities to the Iraqi supergun affair, will take over all financial aspects of the Dome as executive chairman of its operators, the New Millennium Experience Company.
