Liverpool - All but one of the doctors investigated in the light of the Alder Hey organs scandal have been cleared of wrong-doing, a lawyer acting for bereaved families said. Mr Ian Cohen said parents were already talking about a "whitewash" after being told three out of four managers suspended from their jobs following the outcry had also been exonerated.
An inquiry was launched into activities at the children's hospital after stockpiles of organs were discovered in a laboratory.
