Dobson criticises Labour HQ

London - London mayoral hopeful Mr Frank Dobson yesterday launched a broadside against Labour's Millbank headquarters, saying the party machine had "messed things up from start to finish". In an interview with the New Statesman magazine, he criticised the complicated electoral college used to choose the party's candidate and the way membership lists were released to him and not to his two rivals.
