The dissident republican organisation, the 32-County Sovereignty Movement, is sending a delegation to a conference on the right to self-determination organised by the International Human Rights Association of American Minorities, writes Elaine Keogh. The three-day event is being held this weekend in Geneva and is jointly sponsored by the International Council on Human Rights. The national chairman of the organisation, Mr Francis Mackey, said the visit to Geneva was "to support the right to self-determination for small nations such as ours and advancing our peaceful challenge through the UN".
