Paris - Nearly 17 months after Princess Diana died in a Paris car crash, French judges have completed their inquiry into the accident, the Paris prosecutor's office said yesterday.

Due to procedural requirements, however, the investigating magistrates, Mr Herve Stephan and Ms Marie-Christine Devidal, will need a few more months to conclude formally who they feel is to blame and whether a trial is needed.
