Property developer Dunloe Ewart is seeking a judicial review of the handling of its proposed £150 million Cathedral Way scheme in Belfast. Papers have been lodged in the North's High Court and Mr Justice Kerr is considering the company's application for leave to proceed.
Dunloe Ewart claims the Department of Social Development has unfairly prejudiced its ability to proceed with the project.
