Derry man wins £4.5m in lottery

A Co Derry man has become Northern Ireland’s third UK lottery millionaire.

A Co Derry man has become Northern Ireland’s third UK lottery millionaire.

The man, who was not named tonight, is due to appear at a press conference in Limavady, Co Derry tomorrow.

He won £4.5 million pounds in Saturday’s lottery.

Former east Belfast bus driver Peter Lavery won more than £10 million in the lottery in 1996 while north Belfast grandmother Iris Jeffrey won £20 million in 2004.
