Glasgow - An investigation was underway yesterday into the derailment of a train in Scotland late on Sunday which left four passengers with minor injuries, the British track operator Railtrack said.

The front carriages of the train, which had about 400 passengers travelling from London to Glasgow, left the track but they remained upright.
