Lagos - A Muslim sharia court in northern Nigeria has sentenced a man to death by stabbing after convicting him of murdering a pharmacist and her two children. "He will be stabbed to death in the same manner he killed his victims," a state official said yesterday. Meanwhile a 33-year-old nursing mother awaiting execution by stoning after a sharia court in nearby Sokoto state condemned her last month for pre-marital sex, has gone into hiding, lawyers said.
