A code of practice for the delivery of services to the customers of commercial State companies was published yesterday by the Minister for State, Ms Avril Doyle.
Most companies have worked hard to provide a high quality of service but others still leave a lot of be desired, according to Ms Doyle.
"I will not be satisfied until all commercial State companies can boast of having best in class customer service standards", she said.
