Jim Culloty will spend the next few days on the sidelines following a fall at Cheltenham yesterday that has left him battered and bruised.

The Killarney man was hospitalised after parting company with General Grey in the novices' handicap hurdle.  However, his agent Chris Broad reports no broken bones.

"I spoke to Jim this morning and he is sore, which is understandable, but the main thing is that there are no breaks," he said.

"Hopefully he should be back within the next few days but he will have to take it day by day and there is no target, it just depends on how he feels."
