Students from the Department of Tourism and Catering at Cork Institute of Technology have come second to a team from north Wales in a competition for Europe's best hotel school. The results of the competition were announced by the Euro-Toques jury in the European Parliament in Brussels yesterday.
The CIT students took over the restaurant of a local hotel in Brussels for five nights.
