Paris - A French man who made his 11-year-old daughter stand naked in the rain outside their house in the middle of the night to "teach her a lesson" has been jailed for two months.
A court in Versailles, outside Paris, found Yves Hautbout guilty on Wednesday of assaulting a minor and sentenced him to 12 months in prison, of which 10 months were suspended. Hautbout's wife Isabelle received a six-month suspended sentence.
