Two men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Michael Kelly on July 15th.
The men, who are in their 40s, were arrested this morning in Dublin. They are being held under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Kevin Street and Kilmainham Garda Stations.
Mr Kelly (27) was shot dead at a Luas stop in Rialto, south Dublin
