Six people have been arrested by gardaí investigating the murder of a man in Co Westmeath earlier this year.
The body of Silvestras Stoskus on March 18th by a farmer who was out walking his dog at Cornamucklagh, Broadford.
Mr Stoskus (20), an eastern European national, had last been seen leaving his home in Kinnegad on Sunday March 8th at about 3pm.
A murder investigation commenced following a postmortem carried out by the State Pathologist. It is understood he died violently and had sustained head injuries.
Three men and three woman - ranging in age from their 20s to their 40s - were arrested on Wednesday. They are being detained at Garda stations in Lucan, Naas, Athlone and Mullingar under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007, and Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939.
