Man’s death in Co Tyrone being treated as suspicious

Body of 32-year-old discovered in garage in Coalisland

Police in Co Tyrone are treating the death of a man found in a garage in Coalisland as suspicious.

The body of the 32-year-old was found in the garage on the Moor Road area at about 1pm on Thursday.

A postmortem examination will be held on the man’s body to determine the cause of death.

Detective Chief Inspector Lee McNevison, who is leading the enquiry, said: “If anyone saw anything unusual in the Moor Road area in recent days, we would like them to contact detectives in Dungannon by calling the non-emergency number 101. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
