Man’s body removed from Tipperary house for postmortem

Remains of man (36) found in suspicious circumstances in bathroom of Nenagh house

The body of a man found in suspicious circumstances at a house in Tipperary on Thursday night has been removed from the scene for a postmortem examination.

The body of the 36-year old Polish man was discovered in a bathroom at the house, which is located on McDonagh Street, Nenagh, shortly after before 6pm.

The man's body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick for a full post mortem.

Gardaí have not released any information about the man’s injuries.

An ambulance crew was dispatched to the house last night but the man was produced dead at the scene by a local doctor.

According to a Garda statement the office of the State Pathologist was informed.The postmortem was due to begin around midday.

Gardai said the results of the post mortem will determine how their investigation proceeds.
