A man has died after his car hit a wall in Co Longford early this morning.
The crash took place on a minor road at Esker South near Ballinalee.
The car was discovered shortly before 6.00am.
The victim, who is in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other casualties reported.
The road is closed for a forensic investigation.
