A 19-year-old man has been killed in a car crash in Co Longford.
The man’s car left the road and hit a barrier at Lisbrack, Newtownforbes, at about 2.15 am.
The man was pronounced dead at scene and his body was taken to Mullingar General Hospital. There were no other vehicles involved.
The road was closed for a forensic examination but has since reopened.
